Blocked School Zone Sidewalks: Tilson’s construction activities once again disrupted safe passage near a local school. Sidewalks in the designated school zone were completely blocked, forcing children and families to navigate unsafe conditions by walking in the street.

ADA Violations Due to Blocked Sidewalks: Multiple ADA violations were created by Tilson and their contractors, and their work zones had obstructed sidewalks without providing alternative routes or ramps. Neighbors in motorized wheelchairs and others relying on accessible paths would be left stranded or forced into dangerous detours.

Unsupervised Wet Concrete: Tilson’s crew left wet concrete unattended in a public area, resulting in unsupervised access. Unfortunately, this led to vandalism of the newly poured surface, which will now require repairs and prolong Tilson’s already extended presence in the Downtown neighborhoods.
