December 11, 2023: Tilson was fined $1,040 for improperly closing a right lane on Bonanza and Lamb without advance warning or adhering to time restrictions.

February 13, 2024: Tilson was fined $400 for working outside of approved plans and failing to provide proper sidewalk detours at Monroe Avenue and Marion Drive.

February 16, 2024: Tilson received a $400 fine for working on both sides of the road at Theresa and Marion, creating unsafe conditions with no flaggers.

August 6, 2024: Tilson was fined $1,600 for operating without a traffic control plan on Wengert. On the same day, Tilson received a $2,300 fine for blocking a fire station driveway at Charleston and 15th.
